Subway — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

If I could I would give them no stars. Please listen to me as you read this review. I always go to this Subway because this establishment was once upon a time good. But the staff changed and now it’s always a mean Indian lady there during the morning shift and a short Indian like man there during this time. And he once got angry with me because he came out the back (doing God knows what) and got upset because I asked him to change his gloves. Then to prove my point just like right now I literally just purchased 2 cups of soups a hour ago and as he’s making my soup with no gloves on he reaches up and wipes his left hand over his nose. Literally over my soup. I don’t give a care what the world thinks, how it should work. The workers here are disgusting af. And the fact that this is seemly becoming our society is even more worst. I paid and wasted $7.73 on that soup because I thought I needed it just to walk out the door and toss it across the street because who tf do they think we are? These subway employees here are disgusting period point blank. And I don’t care who continues to eat from here because some still will. But people with sense won’t. After he made my soup another lady bagged it with a sore on her mouth. Everything about this subway has made me feel a certain kind of way about the workers who work there because we shouldn’t have people like this working in restaurants around food. This is so unsanitary. And all these establishments want is money. Not caring how nasty their workers are. And...

If I could give this place 0 (Zero) stars I would. I ordered on line not even 10 minutes before picking up at the location where I am 2 minutes away. The site said they will bring your food out to have the contactless option. I called the place after waiting for 3 minutes past my order and the guy told me they do not go outside, after politely asking him if he could bring it right up front of the door where I was, he said NO. I had to go in and get my food, whats the point of having curb side pickup if they wont do it??? On top of that my sub was just a MESS. Could not even grab the sandwich because it was showered in sauce, even the paper ad bag that it came in it was drenched. I will NEVER come back here again or order from here ever again. I went to this subway on 10/26/21 at around 4:48p.m to get my daughter a sub for her school trip for the next day first the young lady that worked there put on gloves touch the nasty door handle and then touched my bread I ask her could she change her gloves and get me another bread with some clean gloves so Im guessing that was her boss who said he will take care of my order but he did the same thing she did when I ask him if he could not touch the nasty door handle and then touch my bread he went back and forward with me while having a attitude because I didn’t want him to touch my bread with the same gloves he touched the nasty handle with # they both could’ve just open the door before they put there gloves on don’t nobody want them touching a nasty handle and then touching there food...
