The Goddess and Grocer — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

What a dumpster fire of a situation. I placed an order on-line on 11-28-21. I got a confirmation number that the order was processed. I noted on my order to please be delivered before 3:00pm. I have been trying to get a hold of this place for days to confirm my delivery time. No one has ever picked up this phone number. I finally decide to call another location. I call the Damen location and Kalen at that location was wonderful. She tried to confirm my order, but was not able to get a hold of anyone at this catering department, their managers were not able to get a hold of anyone at the catering department. What a dumpster fire. I'm freaking out, because the only thing my daughter asked for, was their rainbow cake. Finally, someone calls me from the catering department. I tell her if she can please cancel my order, as I had to go to Damen, to ensure I have this cake for my daughter. She tells me sorry, I will refund your money. I ask her, if she has my info to refund me my money. She said yes, I ask her what is it and then she asks me for my information. She was very nice on the phone, not rude at all, but this catering department is a hot mess. At least, in my situation. Lets see if they are able to...
