Elliots Augusta Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Ok first i Went for the first-time n got a slice of pizza and a order cheese fries the food was okay love the cheese fries tho than i went a second time n i order the chicken in the Italian bread and dip with peppers n a order of cheese fries... Before i left i ask for a side of mild sauce n the guy wanted to charge me .50 ok fine but i paid with a debit card n have no money or change on me so i just left it alone n told him never mind that the cheese on the fries will be enough... But look I go to alot of places that dont charge for mild sauce cause it suppose to come with the fries anyway when you ask for it, its not like he put some on there and i wanted more than i can understand u charging for it but whatever. I go home n these A holes didn't even put the cheese on my fries so now i got some plan dry ass fries but they ass indee charge me for chesse fries than the chicken sub was ok but too dam hot and a little dry, only thing good was the Italian bread they had dipped, it was not worth the price i paid i should of just got a regular Italian beef... I really didn't like the food the second time going there n the no chesse but i want to charge you .50 for some mild sauce even tho i already paid for my food with a card situation didn't make it no better.... I know alot of people like the place cause of how it use to be but its not the same or maybe i caught them on a bad day... Unfortunately i will not be going...

So I just ordered like $30 worth of food from here and my order included cheese fries. I get home and the fries are plain. Mind you, I’m with my 9 month old and 4 year old which is why I was in a hurry and did not check that my cheese fries had cheese on them like I PAID FOR... OPPS MY BAD! Anyway I call back and advise them that they did not give me what I paid for and someone who identified himself as the manager tells me the only thing he can do is replace my food if I bring it back. I told him I live too far away and am on a fixed income with TWO kids so I couldn’t afford to waste the gas. I told him where I live and this Peon tells me “that’s not too far”. I am soooo done with this place. If they can allow someone so condescending to be in charge I’m good! Then I asked if he could just credit my cheese fries so I can get them another time and he offered me a 50 cent credit. Not good for business at all but the best way to get past something like this is to not give places like this your money. DO...

There's something to be said about a restaurant that sells certain foods and doesn't know how to accurately prepare the dish(es).

I requested the Italian chicken, dipped w/ peppers (like the beef) & an Italian beef. I get the good, look at it before leaving. The bread hasn't been "dipped" at all. On either. Still very dry.

I ask if he could dip the food! He takes it back and drenches it, drowns .

At the current cost of eating out & when they can't even give you what you pay for! Ridiculous dipped WITH peppers & they act like they're scared to put peppers on the damn sandwiches had maybe 4 lil mixed peppers so scarce!
