Wendy's — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I just left here. I placed. A mobile order and I went through the drive though to pick it up. When I got to the pickup window the woman asked if I had a Coke I said "No, I have two Sprites" than the other lady handed me the bad of food which was not my order and I said "this is not my order and gave it back to her" They gave me my correct food, 1 frosty and 1 drink. I siad "I have two drinks " and the woman said " since you got a Frosty the kids meal doesn't come with a drink" I thought she was wrong but, I didnt say anything I and pull off and than I thought about wait! I do get a drink with the kids' meals just because I got a frosty doesn't mean anything. I go inside and tell the cashier and she just starts laughing and said "wait what did you day happen" and than she just starts laughing again. She went to go tell the other woman and she said "I didnt say that" when she did infact sau that. The other woman doesn't acknowledge me. Finally the woman gives me my drink and still she is laughing. Through the whole interaction she was laughing. So unprofessional. After I pulled off I noticed they didn't even put straws or sauce in the bag when I had nuggets and multiple drinks. I didn't go back.This is why I usually avoid places in the hood. I had the worst experience I ever had at any fast food restaurant EVER. I ordered my food at the kiosk and waited about 10 minutes, I went to the counter and asked about my food, they said "oh, we going to make it now". So I waited at the counter and noticed the girl that was preparing the fries had her mask down. I was watching her as she put the fries in the container but at the same time she was eating the fries with her bare hands directly out of the fry warmer. I could not believe it, at that point I told them that girl has no mask on and she is eating the fries directly from the bunch as she was preparing the food. The girl then yelled what you say!? And told her what she did and then said I need to get out. I said I was not going nowhere without my refund. She said give him his money and get him out! I could not believe it. On top of that the back area was a total disgusting mess. Food all over the floor. It was gross there. I recommend nobody go to this location until they correct the staff. This is the closest Wendy's in my area and now I will be going else where. I've had a couple bad experiences here. Ordering through the mobile app and using my rewards has been a hassle because they always forget something, (when you've used your reward points for it). Imagine having to return just to inform them that they forgot something in your order EVERYTIME. A couple of times going through the drive though they'll just tell you that you have to go back around at the speaker. Why would I have to come back around when I'm ALREADY AT THE SPEAKER (that day I cancelled my order and went else where( then another time I tried going up to the window because why would I go back around you can clearly hear me through the speaker and I can hear you . When I went up to the window and told them that I have a mobile order the manger came to the window and I me that I have to go back around. I told them it's cool I'll cancel.
