This was my experience on 10/10/2021.
Walked in with a friend to do some last minute shopoing. Usually get greeted at the door and didn't while the employee standing there just looked at our hands. I noticed because I actually made eye contact waiting for a greeting to reply to. Cool, whatever, went about my business and started shopping. Needed to use the bathroom so I walked towards the lingerie section of the store. Usually that's where I remember the bathroom being located. Asked the employee in the section if I could use the bathroom. She was a very sweet young lady. As I'm in the bathroom I hear, "So she's just in there flushing the toilet," by a male voice. Strange because a woman was cleaning as I was entering. Inwas never told I couldnt walk in because of maintenance being done. Now, Im the only one in the bathroom at the moment. I knew I was being talked about so I hurried up and washed my hands. The woman who was cleaning was just staring at me as if Id done something wrong. Eventually walked out to go to the cashier. My friend stood in line while I waited on the side because I had took my time walking. She'd be done with her purchase and just felt like waiting. There was a woman standing by the exit door putting up some Christmas shirts. We made eye contact and I said "Hello how you doing?" Got completely ignored while she continued her conversation on the phone, and, started one with another employee. Another customer walked in, she greeted them and continued her phone conversation. Ive been coming here for a while and never went through this before. I mean if she was having a bad day that's understandable because we all have our days. But, customer service is what makes the store. Not so sure this exeprience showed their true potential. Had to give...
ย ย ย Read moreIf I could rate 0 stars I would. I bought a bathing suit for my 6 year old 2 days ago. It didnโt fit. I went back they had no others so I wanted a return. Stood in line for return, they took everybody (the whole line) before me. The bathing suit had all the tags still on, the hygiene sticker and I had the receipt. The cashier then took the bathing suit out of the bag. The corner of the sticker was stuck to part of the bag as well as bathing suit so she took it off completely. She then asks the manager on duty if we can return swimsuits. She said yes if it had the sticker on it. The cashier says itโs not on anymore and she denies my return. I tell her that it was definitely on the bathing suit and I watched as the cashier took it off herself. It was still attached when I brought into the store. STILL IN HER HAND. The manager still told me no. THEN THREW THE HYGIENE STICKER AWAY. I asked for corporate numbers and the manager on dutyโs name. She did not want to give it out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Need better customer service completely unacceptable. Now I canโt do anything with this and my daughter canโt...

She politely went into the store to ask for an exchange on the boots because the sole of the boots ripped. AGAIN she barely bought them a week ago. The managers there rudely told her she they can't help her at all. While she was talking to the "Manager" someone started to laugh at my mom. My mom left with some ripped shoes and no money returned. I called the store to speak to a manager and was put on hold three times and finally spoke to someone who decided to not give me their names and hung up the phone on me. I have no idea what kind of business you are running especially with your rude and disrespectful employees laughing and hanging up on customers. I have tried multiple times to contact the corporate office and nothing. Will NEVER be going to this...
