GameStop — Local services in West Chicago Township

I found 3 games that I wanted to purchase. One of the games still had the 50% off sticker on it and the representative did not honor the discount. Then he removed the sticker off in front of me. I decided to move past that and purchase the other 2 games I wanted. The system then goes down and will not accept tap or swipe, then another representative yells out in the store that they are now only accepting cash. That same representative was dealing with a trade in and seemed to be having trouble. Since I didn’t have the cash to purchase the games I left. I return a few days later to the same location hoping to purchase the games that I was looking for over the weekend, only to find that one of the games had tripled in price since I was last there. There were still games with the 50% off sticker, so I brought one of the games I wanted to purchase only for the same representative from this weekend to tell me that the game was no longer in stock, yet they have a New game box...

This place sucks. I went to trade my ps4 and right off the back the white guy that work there was being rasict. He said he knows forsure my ps4 was stolen until I showed him receipt from target. I bought this ps4 destiny edition at target when it first came out. Also he was turning to make me buy a charger for the controller because I forgot mine. The charger was 19.99. He also texted and said that my ps4 didn’t work correctly yet he didn’t test it out. He just put in the refurbished price. I said no and left. I went to the game stop at brick yard. They gave me the full credit price plus they didn’t judge me. They where...

I can say, it was a Great experience. It was an unexpected errand for someone else. This is my 1st time. And it was a great experience to say the least. I'm looking forward to the next visit.
