I was asked to hold on as soon as I walked in and the lady never came back to the register. She ended up telling the younger girl at the drive thru to come to the register because she was visibly on her phone. The young girl took our orders and the gentleman started preparing the banana split I ordered and both girls went back to drive thru and sat on their phones while I was still waiting for two iced coffees. Once I asked who would be preparing my drinks they looked at the guy who was clearly busy already making my ice cream order. Then without saying anything she just made them and placed them on the counter and walked back to the empty drive thru. The guy gave me my ice cream made sure I didn’t need anything else and stayed put until I let him know I was all set. I have been an avid coffee drinker for years and the ultimate favorite is Dunkin'. I shouldn't say ultimate favorite because it is the only and best cup o' joe and there are no more favorites. It is only Dunkin'!! Not having to open little packets of cream and sugar that cause spillage in the car and take a good five extra minutes to juggle on the console is a bonus.
