I don't normally say anything bad about a place because I remember business closing down where I used to live
But I came here yesterday and ordered their $10 Meal Deal... the one with 4 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, AND 2 BISCUITS
Right away there was a problem. NO WHITE MEAT CHICKEN... (during dinner hour no less)
I get my meal and drive next door to a parking space...
NO SILVERWARE to eat my meal.
And to top it all off... * ONE BISCUIT *
I ended up getting silverware from McDonald's
I COME BACK TODAY... I ORDER THE SAME THING...
ONCE AGAIN... NO WHITE MEAT
I TELL THEM THAT THEY FORGET TO PUT 2 BISCUITS IN YESTERDAY... THEY JUST SAID IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE?
I GET MY MEAL... ONCE AGAIN... NO SILVERWARE
AND OF COURSE... ONLY 1 BISCUIT
So I normally use my digital camera to take beautiful pictures of the food that I eat. I have about 5.5 MILLION PEOPLE who look at my reviews
This is the first one with no pictures... no 5 Star Rating and No Suggestion that PEOPLE EAT THERE... and KFC was a childhood favorite... too bad... I drive by 2 Popeyes to get here... NO LONGER...

Then the server took her order and filled it before she took my order , which is how it should have been, then she walked away and didn't say anything. the register wouldn't let me pay. I waited 5 min before she responded and and I was able to pay. She walked away again and I waited 10 more minutes before I had to request help again. I asked if anyone was serving the front counter and the manager asked where I went when the woman in front of me was served. I told him I was there the whole time .There was a long drive up line and they said my order had to be in with theirs. I came into the building so I wouldn't be sitting in a long line outside. Read moreI made an online order today. I show up 5 minutes later than the automated email told me my order would be ready. They didn't recognize my name nor order when I showed up to the drive thru (they haven't made my order yet), then tells me to wait at the front of the store where I waited for at least 20 minutes before I went into the lobby where I had to wait 10 more minutes for less than $30 worth of food. Barely an apology for the wait and no accountability for not starting my order until I arrive and not telling me. All in all, I had to wait 30 minutes after I arrived to pick up my online order that wasn't started until I arrived. Had i been aware at the moment, I would've opted out of waiting 30 minutes for the order and got something else for dinner for me and my children.
