Rude and lazy. Asked for receipt got nothing but attitude. The place here is doing bad because costumer service and bad business. Also their order com machine where make an order at drive Thur doesn’t work well and blame the customer for their fault. I caught them messing up an order and over charged me. They are doing so bad they pretend to not hear and over charge you for the wrong order. Instead of fixing the machine they use as an excuse to mess up order they rather over charge you for money in hopes to make more money without you reading your receipt or giving you one. I was told that do have to app to check where I pay at. I told him no i need a receipt for details sorry about that. Also this had happened before. Now will be last time here. Read your receipt for they are doing so bad they make sure get charge more without you doing anything about it. They will tire to get more money without you getting the missing food they will over charge you. Your supposed give receipt with any order regardless of how much it is. I waited 5 minutes for the car in front of me to place their order, was asked at the ordering screen to wait “just a second” which lasted another 5 minutes, and waited a final 5 minutes for the car in front of me at the window. The line behind me backed up pretty far.
They said their system was having issues, but I have a hard time believing it since this issue and excuse go back at least a year.
To top it all off, they apparently no longer give sauces (my order came with none) and have a printout in the window saying they cost 25¢ each.
The food I got was made accurate to my customizations in the mobile app and there were no issues with the quality (except the mayo was a little transparent and greasy but I’ll give that a pass.)
Overall, if the wait times were normal and they stopped hoarding the sauces, I’d give them closer to a 4 or 5, but as it is, their only saving grace is the fact they didn’t mess...
Read moreOn Monday, Aug 3rd I visited the BK in West Chicago (Store# 2672) and ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered the #1 with cheese and a coke. The person over the intercom was so energetic! (Being Sarcastic!) As I approached the drive-thru window, I noticed the employee was wearing no mask and no gloves....totally UNACCEPTABLE during a worldwide pandemic. I took my order but did not eat until I arrived back at work where I could wash up. After finishing lunch, I called Store# 2672 and asked to speak with the manager. I asked the manager why they were not following "contactless pickup" procedures as indicated on the BK website.
