I literally canât fully describe how unbelievably amazing this Los Comales is and how phenomenal this group of family owned restaurants is, starting with the Little Village location and Niles. Many of the competitors chain Mexican restaurants in greater Chicago serve meats and food that is dripping with grease and your tacos or enchiladas just drip through the tin foil because of how unhealthy-calorie wise the cuts of meat are. This has become a trend amongst the chains of Mexican Restaurants that are not like the experience you have in The different regions of Mexico I have traveled to like Jalisco and Bay of Banderas (Puerto Vallerta and Nueva Vallarta. Los Comales and their family group of restaurants like this one cooks up some of the most delicious and healthy chicken (tinga) and asada, and cooks and uses only fresh cut grilled veggies, onions, cilantro, and tomatoes. The refried beans can be ordered without cheese w/ tomatoâs on top which are so awesome, hands down the most amazing refried beans. And then you get to the guacamole and salsas, try the avocado salsa and the salsa verde, possibly among the best salsas north of Jalisco, Mexico. This is the real, healthy, also 100 percent authentic deal. If you want some of the most amazing Mexican food out there and want to dine healthy, come to Los Comales, West Chicago and their group of restaurants including Little Village and Niles. Lastly, and most importantly the staff goes immeasurably above and beyond and treats every guest with love, because they care so much about every customer. Huge tremendous shout outs to Myra and Jose (owners) and their incredible staff and leaders who are rock star human beings including Adriana, Kathy, Imelda, Rosa, Carlos, and Carla just to name a few. The rest of the staff are equally amazing and also deserve equal recognition, so make sure to visit Los Comales. Myra and Jose the owners and their staff with take care of you, and youâll enjoy the best and healthiest and authentic...

I walked out and started driving, but something told me I needed to check the bag, it was the WRONG order!!! I went back and told the cashier that it was the wrong order. She asked me what did you order? I said â3 al pastor tacosâ and she asked again âdid you pay already?â I said yes. She asked me what kind of salsa I wanted and I answered, then she told the cook about my order and gave me a bad, she said âsorry for the wrong orderâ. I said thank you and walked out. Then my brother told me it was only two tacos in the bag, thatâs when I got mad. I called the restaurant and they told me to go back for the taco, I told them I didnât want the taco then she told me to call the app I ordered from for a refund because thatâs what the owner told her. I am so disappointed about the costumer service and the service at all at this restaurant. If I didnât not consumed from here before Iâm never going to in the future. Such a...

We asked for no ice in our drink, it had ice she took it back and said âIâm just going to take the ice outâ switched it to a smaller cup with what was left of the drink never filled up the rest with more of the drink as we originally intended it to be. We had one burrito to go they packed the wrong one. She seemed annoyed to even be there. The burrito barely had any meat and the lettuce tasted straight out of a bag no cleaned very well. Will not be coming back cilantro or Taco Bell has better service for the same amount of food and itâs tastier than this. Donât waste your...
