Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in West Chicago

Have been a customer for many years but never had the chance to write a review on this location. First off I want to mention that the quality of the good is below average compared to other locations. Half the time they mess up your orders and you obviously have to drive back for them to get the order right. When they mess up your order they do not even offer an apology or try to give you a free item because you had to waste your gas again to correct the order. When you ask for sauce they give you one or two small pouches because the people in there get bonuses if the location uses less sauce. I don't know these people realize that without the hot sauces their food is sort of mediocre and flavorless. Then god forbid you ask for more fire sauce because then they make a certain face when you ask for extra sauce. This place couldn't be any more cheaper with their customers. Years ago they offered diet Mountain Dew and other types of sodas like Baja Mountain Dew. Now there is not enough fountain drink options because they are cheap. I cant emphasize how cheap this location is compared to others. And the wait line is sometimes absurd. Sometimes I have also observed is how small the location is for eating in. Not to mention they closed an entire table just to have their family deals displayed. I don't know what these people are thinking. Staff is not friendly and actually kind of rude sometimes. They need to hire young people who have a thirst for life not some monotoned middled aged person to attend customers. Glad I was able to write this review and hope they make...

The date is 06/09/2018 & it is now 11:03pm. I just left Taco Bell in West Chicago,Il & had THE WORSE experience EVER!!! Normally It’s a quick visit no issues, tonight however was different. My Fiancé & I pulled up to the drive thru and waited to order. Once we were finally asked what we would like, My fiancé gave my order. After he completed mine it was very quiet. No confirmation that she had heard what was told. I asked if she was there and we heard some giggling through the intercom. My fiancé proceeded to give his order. The lady taking our order confirmed everything we had asked for. Once we pulled up to the window to pay and was given a reciept, there were a few things wrong. My fiancé attempted to get the girls attention and she asked what we needed. Once he said there were a few things wrong she looked bothered. Her name was ARI. Ari then had the audacity to speak in Spanish to her co workers assuming I would not understand. She called us LIARS & claimed we did not ask for any specifics for our meals or an extra drink added to the order. I don’t think I have to state the obvious of how UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE that is!!!! I will NEVER come here again!!! She definitely needs more training and that’s pushing it, I honestly feel she does not need to be working...

BEAWARE........... You have to PAY for extra Napkins and Sauce at this Location......... this words i was told by at this TACOBELL 335 Neltnor Blvd, West Chicago ,IL ....by Employee Name BEATRIZ .

I purchased Mexican pizaa on 10-23-2012 and she give me 1 ( one) Napkin and 2 (two) sause packets, so i ask for more 2 packets and she told me that you have pay for that, and i said WHATTTTTTT, i have visited tacobell around the country but this is first time i ever received this kind of service and at that time i think manager was behind her and did not said single word, so i am sure employee is train to speak this way. the icecubes is fountain machine was SO big so people can use LESS pepsi, as i mention NO napkins and sauce packet, sporks, knife on counter , all are behind counter, we have to BEG for that. Bathroom was dirty, Dryer was not working so i thought lets go out and wipe hands with Napkins but there was NONE, i look around but can not find and i have to wipe with my PANTS. what a great service at this LOCATION, i am sure owner of this location saved tons of $$$ by this kind of service. i am not going back to this location again ever also i will tell my all friends and relative to avoid...
