Subway — Restaurant in West Chicago

Luckily we got there before the 6 people behind us did...we ordered1 6ince salami and 3 footling meatballs on the new garlic cheese bread (really freaking yummy!!!! ) But I asked if cheese came on the meatball sub and she said no..(idk if that's right or not )...and it literally took the girl 15 plus minutes to make our sandwiches cause she was A. SLOW B. Kept going to the back for 1 thing at a time instead of grabbing it all at once C. the other 2 workers didn't even help her...1 guy helped the 1 guy behind us and he was rung up and gone before the 1 St footlong was done...then the guy went to the next customer instead of helping our employee....and the 3 Rd guy must have been new cause he just wandered around in back . I gave a 3 star cause at least the sandwich was really good!! But we won't go back to that...

Came in-store to get something to eat, when i go inside there’s no greeting just hard stares at you from employees. The girl who made my sandwich seemed weird and awkward. I could tell she didn’t wanna be there and do her job by the way she was constantly having a bad expression, i could barely hear her when her asking what kind of bread or chicken i wanted. As soon as she charged me for my order she never said at least “have a good day” just a blank stare. Go to another store this place is bad. The workers barely speak enough English to understand the order. The bathroom was still out of order. It was 91 degrees in there. Apparently the air conditioning was out and was fighting with the ac guy because the store owner would not pay any more than what parts cost the ac guy. That's just wrong.
