McDonald's — Restaurant in West City

I run across country for UPS and i order lots of ice mochas from lots of McDonald's. I stopped at Benton McDonald's to buy a mocha and tea to drink on the way to work. I always order mine with no ice and no whip because I don't drink them fast. I don't want a glass of watered down coffee later. So I had to pull up. So when they brought my drinks out the girl handed me my mocha and it was half full. I looked at her surprised and she says whats the matter. I said well its only half full. She says you didn't want ice and our machine puts it in the cup. I said you see this mocha cup I'm finishing from Du Quion McDonald's it was full when they sold it to me. So then she took it in and the manager comes out with it still half full. So he says whats the problem. So I told him the same thing. He says the same thing she said about the machine puts it in for you. So I said well maybe you should go over to Du Quoin and let them teach you how to use the machine. He says well they are a different franchise than us. I said its the same machine. So I took it told him I would remember that and drove away. So that just shows how much of a rip off that franchise is. I talked to the folks at Walmart next door and they acted like their experience with them wasn't...

As a McDonald’s worker myself that works in ina illinois this place does not know the McDonald’s rules and here’s why

They never make the quarter pounders fresh

Fries are always soggy and they should be thrown out every 8 minutes according to the handbook

Crispy chicken and nuggets are always hard as a rock and nuggets have to be thrown out every 20 minutes and crispy every 60 minutes according to the handbook

Mchicken and the regular meat used for cheeseburger,hamburger,McDouble and so on and so on is sometimes decent here but usually it’s soggy mush and cold and they’re supposed to be thrown out every 30 minutes for both according to the handbook

Buns are hard to dome and shouldn’t be rock hard and are to be freshly toasted not just sitting on the line

Some employees with long hair and big beards I’ve seen here and they aren’t shaving or wearing hats and or visors which is a health code violation especially the beard

Other than those the other stuff like the shakes,drinks,breakfast food and desserts are all really good here so I’ll give them a 2 because they have more defaults...

So I went to McDonald’s like I’ve been doing for the past five days to get my breakfast and they have messed up my order three times out of the five days that I’ve gone there so today for the first time I actually told them that they messed up and I ended up getting hung up on! I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful or anything and I understand mistakes happen however messing up a customers order repeatedly day after day after day is it a mess up his people being careless I’m not one of those people that complain I’m a nice guy but I shouldn’t have been hung up on like that’s incredibly disrespectful but it is what it is I was told I could even come back and when I told them that I’m probably not coming back anymore because my orders always messed up the manager told me that’s fine too why would you tell the customer that you messed up an order for that it was OK if that person...
