KFC — Restaurant in Benton

I've been there a couple time and order the same thing both times. Chicken liver dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans. First time I received mashed potatoes and coleslaw (i dont eat coleslaw)and the second time I received mashed potatoes and baked beans ( I don't eat baked beans) Chicken livers were excellent, workers were very polite. My husband and I are truck drivers and we didn’t know we couldn’t go inside. The guy was so rude to us and told us to walk through the drive thru or call in our order. It was raining and the line was long, as if we’re going to stand there and order behind all the cars in the rain. So then we walk across the street back to our truck and call it in, also, the girl was rude on the phone. So my husband walked right back to the door and paid them. I have to say that this was one of my go to places. Used to get excited when my wife would call and ask "how about KFC tonight". Well not anymore. I have an issue with the broken bones!! I don't know what they are doing to this chicken prior to cooking? When my 6 yrs old son is getting peices in his mouth and the drum sticks are crushed, there is an issue.
