Bought furniture from rent one for many years .from living room and bedroom suits to washer and dryer and recliners and kitchen table to tv's.refriderator.stove. to computers and tablets..my biggest issue is I got to know a few people and made friends with them and are still with them to this day.but your company has a very large turn over in sales people. Some are not very friendly.i finally paid my bill with Rent One iN FULL ! I have paid my bill in full at the Benton Illinois office.and do not owe anything .when a person buys things from your company and you become part of the family as some employees have returned the same response by treating you like family.It disappointed me that these employees are only there for the pay check.when I went in to pay off my bill I did not know anyone.and they did not even ask me since I paid off the bill if there was anything they could do to try and sell me something.which there was.but since they didn't seem to care I went some where else.i am very disappointed as a past customer.signed Rebecca (...

I rented a lift recliner. The right arm was loose. Salesman told me he thought a screw was loose but he would have the screw tightened before delivering. When chair was delivered, the arm was still loose. I told the delivery menn what the salesman told me. They checked the arm.& offered to tighten the screw. When they looked they said there wasn't a screw there- it was something else. As I sat in the chair I noticed the chair was broken down on the right side. I put a pillow on the seat to try to level it. It still tilted to the right. I wondered why Rent One would rent something in such poor condition..I won't rent anything from them again and tell my family not to rent from them.
