I had an awkward moment today at Anna's Pizza. Their food is amazing though but umm, I wasn't happy how things went and Left the place craving for what I wanted to eat. Am a pasta lover and anywhere I have gone for pasta the menu tells you the price and it varies depending on what You order. Anna's has a very few options to choose from so I ordered a fettuccine with Pink Sauces NO CHICKEN. Pink Sauce is no other than heavy cream mix with marinara sauce or tomato to be precise. So pasta price on the board said $12.00 dollars then my total turned out to be $16.41. , how did It went from 12 to 16, ? I said to myself, How much is the tax then ? , I was thinking that on my mind so I requested a receipt only to find out that Pasta SAUCE is sold separately, I was charged $3.00 additional dollar for the sauce, I said what ? From all the pasta places I have been in I have never seen that the pasta sauce is sold separately. So, just plain pasta noodles price is $12.00 without any sauce, I mean, Is like buying a Coke without the fizziness ( carbonation ) So I said " this is not right, how can you sell pasta for 12 bucks without its sauce and charge extra for it ? So pasta wasn't 12 but 15. She told me that's how the system works, I still wasn't convinced and she asked me if I wanted to talk to someone about it and I said yes, she went into the kitchen probably telling someone what was happening and she returned with long face, she opened the register a little bit moody and game back $3,00 buck with a bad mood, THAT IMMEDIATELY TRIGGERED A RED FLAG, The way she gave me the money back was a little bit unprofessional like saying " here's you 3 bucks and shove them in your.... Yeah That was the kind of vibe I felt from her. THEN !! Someone from the kitchen came Out, bagged my pasta and personally looked for me. THAT WAS THE SECOND RED FLAG. The chef himself left his kitchen just to tell me why sauces are being charged separately If chef left his kitchen over 3 dollars is because he was bothered by the situation then I remembered couple of movie scenes when customer wasn't happy with their order and it was sent it back and came back with something very especial in it, ( If you know what a mean ) am not saying they but here's an example of what I remember happened after giving complains: YOUTUBE: Road Trip (2000 ) " french toast, no sugar ". and Waiting (2005 ) " Cardinal rule of food ". speaking in general, a restaurant can never be trusted if you send your food back for any reason because no one knows who you're messing with, The WHAT IF couldn't get it off my mind!! So I walked away without my pasta. I lost $14 bucks but I gained a peace of mind. Got nothing against Anna's though but Why the attitude for saying it wasn't right ? 🤷🏻

Very delicious pizza, but its not all pizza.. They offer many dishes. I recently went and had a pepperoni calzone and it was delicious. Baked just right, not to light or thin, perfect crisp and very cheesy. Honestly can share between 2-3 people depending on how hungry you are. I lve there near theater for quick bite before or after and offer specials on small pizza and sandwich combos which are a great and offer at great value. They have bigger combos you can get a family to with pasta If you need something bigger to share. They have a small bar are and show games all the time, perfect little distraction. They also have outdoor patio if you'd like some sun or just some fresh air while waiting. They offer delivery too if your on area and just cant come by yourself. Totally recommend to give it a try.

I came out to support Anna's pizza, as everyone is always saying they're excellent. Menu was very small and a bit pricey. The toppings were generous the dough was good, a little too much cheese (for me, I'd like a little bit more sauce) I bought 2 minis for $11.00 each (on their website it says $8.00) they didn't offer a small on their new menu it skipped to medium and up. They started at $24.00 on their website it says $17.00😑When he asked what toppings I'd like, I asked him how many does it come with? His response was "As many as you'd like" He didn't say we charge .50 per topping. So I ordered pepperoni and jalepeno. Needless to say when I got my bill, I was disappointed, I felt as he misled us, and their prices didn't match the website prices. Not sure if we will be back.

They absolutely made my night!!! I ordered for delivery today at 7:20pm because i was under the impression that they didn’t do pickup after 8pm so i was just going to follow through and order delivery. Once i realized it was for door dash i immediately wasn’t secure in my option for delivery (my order was over $100 & had more than 5 items i did NOT want my order to get lost or worst comes to worst i wouldn’t even receive it) (if y’all know doordash YOU KNOW!!) So i called the restaurant and asked if i could instead cancel my delivery and pick it up after i had gotten off of work at 8pm. The lovely worker i did not catch his name but he and another young man absolutely did their best and worked with me to figure out if i can actually cancel the delivery and just pick up my order instead. Long story short i was able to cancel my delivery and pick it up solely because of those 2 young men’s willingness and understanding to work with me. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal but this really really made my night considering most places would just immediately say no and tell me to deal with it through the delivering services. Plus i even got my food HOT after not being picked up for a good while. So thank you so much again i will keep ordering from these amazing people!! Wonderful helpful...

decided to have my birthday dinner here. ordered the family dinner special, 1st out was the salad. very tasty and fresh, next the garlic bread which was really good followed by the linguine with chicken & mushrooms......SO good and last was the pizza, it was ok, not as good as i've had in the past. over all the food was tasty, just a little disappointed with the pizza. as we ate we watched the dodgers game on the tv, but the best part of our time there was our chat with dustin, as he was cleaning up (we were there past closing time) my boyfriend and myself talked to him, he is an extremely personable young man, he's polite, great at his job. he made our visit there memorable!!! thank you dustin it was a pleasure to have met and talked to you, thanks for wishing me a happy birthday!!! good luck in school and buy mom the flowers, even if she ends up...
