Wow, I was at this Baskin Robbins when a family brought in a cake to return because there was a flaw with it. They were in a good mood and laughing at the situation. I saw the cake and heard how they described the flaw which was funny! Yet the employee was super rude to this family even calling the owner to confirm that the family could return the cake. The family even proceeded to be nice and ordered ice cream from the store. To which the employee didn't use the correct size scoop shorting them on their ice cream and even placed the waffle cone they ordered on the nasty glass. No napkin or nothing. How gross of the employee. The employee was the girl with the glasses and the nose ring. She probably gave them a fake name to which was Jasmine.
After they left she then made a phone call to who I can only imagine as her friend and was talking extremely unprofessional about them and using derogatory and offensive language about the family.
Never have I seen an establishment have such a rude unprofessional employee.
I feel bad for that family after how that employee treated them.

Read moreI when in for my husband birthday cake that we order 24hrs in advance and gave them a specific order on how I want it the cake and came to pick it up today and mess up on it and they said I could fix it but it will get mess up and I tell them no I want it to be how it was on how the lady wrote it in the paper and as you know the manager was so rude not only to me but also to the other customers that were in front of me . I know how it could be when there's a lot of customer and a lot of oders but if you can't handle and don't read right then don't do it and said I'm sorry instead of messing it up bad service and and at least gave me a discount but she said i cant or give me a ice cream for free I just don't know how she can be the manager if she doesn't know how to treat a customer right and to top it off I was there waiting for a good 15 mins for the one and only employee to help me out. Read moreMy 8 year old son asked for a sample of some ice cream, the lady gave him a cone. My kid told me he only asked for a sample. I told the lady and they just talked amongst themselves and then one of them walked to the back without saying anything to us. It was a whole process, the lady had to call the owner and he said no lol. I thought they would've tossed the scoop and give him the right one. Lady said he licked it so no refunds, I said no he didn't. She said she means she handed it to him so no refunds. It was just a weird experience.
