We’ve been coming to this place for over a year because it’s convenient!!! I’m not one to leave bad reviews but it’s either bad or good when I do leave one! Let me tell you how many times this place has gotten our orders wrong!!!! Mind you when you’re on a time limit on your lunch from work time is of the essence it’s precious but when you pick up your food you trust that it’s going to be correct. Not in this case a handful of times they get the order wrong! Missing food and or get food poisoning please triple check your orders when you get it here and then to top it off today just did it!!!! They messed up our food and asked for us to not only take more time out of our precious lunch time but had the audacity to ask for the burrito that was incorrect to be brought back to them! How unsanitary they should be ashamed I hate leaving such bad reviews because some of the workers here are truly great at their customer service but the lady today must’ve simply not been in a good mood no apology nothing to make their! Incorrect order right! Quick to take the money but not right...

El Pilon Market is such a gem in our community. The food is always delicious—I’ve tried quite a bit of the menu and have never once been disappointed. The staff is amazing, greeting you the moment you walk in. Even when they’re busy, they acknowledge you and let you know they’ll be right with you, which is rare these days and so appreciated.

This week I had an experience that really showed me what kind of place this is. I lost my wallet on Tuesday, and when I came back on Friday to retrace my steps, they had kept it safe for me the entire time. Someone had kindly turned it in (including my cash), and the staff made sure it was taken care of until I returned. That kind of honesty and care is priceless, and I can’t express my gratitude enough.

The owner is phenomenal as well—kind, approachable, and genuinely invested in both the business and the community. Between the amazing food, the welcoming staff, and the integrity they show, I couldn’t be more thankful to have El Pilon Market here.
