Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Covina

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza light sauce no cheese since my little one can’t eat cheese. Then the pizza came out burned. I guessed it because no cheese so caused burned. The guy at cashier desk was very kindly apologized and said will make a new one. Since we wait too long, and my kids saw the burned pizza already so she really wants yo eat it. They guys was said if you want you can have it. And while we waiting the new one, my girl almost finished whole burned pizza. She picked the burned pepperoni on the said and enjoyed her pizza. Then the guy brought out a large pepperoni with 3 dipping sauce and keep apologize for my time to wait. While we wait my kids spilled water and the girl came to helped mopping. The guy who has pretty pink purple hair was nice and kindly answered my kids questions about hair color.

This store really got someone sweet and nice. They really respect their customer.

Just spoke with the so called store manager, who does not know how to do her job. She was very rude not understanding at all. I called because they didn't have change for a $100 for a $40 order, which to me doesn't make sense. Her crew then went on to tell my boyfriend to go to CVS to get the change. Last time I checked if I'm paying for the services it's you that is suppose to accommodate me. When asked if it was franchise or corporate owned she answered corporate owned, she answers with a great amount of attitude franchise. When asked to hear from her franchise owner she rudely asked for my number and hung up! What kind of service is this?! She has no right to call herself a manager if this is way she is acting!! Before I could ask who I was speaking with she had hung up!! Better believer they will be receiving a phone call from me daily until I hear from their franchise owner! I'm sure due to her lack of customer service skills this Pizza Hut is losing a lot...

I stopped coming for over a year because of the horrible experience I faced last time trying to pay with EBt. After a year, I figured I would try it again. Wow was that a mistake. Never again will I go into this store. They could not pay me to go here. The manager Alex is rude, arrogant and does not care. After reading how many people had the same issue as me, it is absolutely astounding they still have him in charge. He tried to tell. E that the EBT was down in the area, when I just used it next door for drinks at CVS. After reading the comments I went in to bring it to his attention and he really could care less to resolve and frustration or be a good manager. When this place goes out of business I will not be surprised and it will be about time. No corporate to...
