Authentic Filipino food? Sort of.
Pros: -pretty decent Filipino food. It’s good!
Cons: -The chicken tinola had three small pieces of papaya and maybe 5 strings of spinach? Also, the soup was very salty. (For about $16 bucks? Feels like a total rip off)
-perhaps the staff forgot about the lechon kawali orders. The other members of our party who ordered the lechon kawali sat and waited a VERY long time without their order (my party were already almost done with our food.) We had to tactfully follow up on the order.
Not sure what the restaurant’s process is, but if you notice your table’s orders aren’t completed, please follow up with the kitchen staff and update your table on the status of any remaining orders. Doing this consistently will show your customers that you’re on top of it.
