The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of five is because this is most definitely a roasting house ONLY, not a coffee "shop" and I don't think thats made clear anywhere. It's not a place where you'll want to come lounge and work on your computer and the only drink you can get is a cup of freshly brewed coffee made from freshly roasted beans (organic cream and sugar are provided). However, this is a great place to get some delicious and fresh roasting beans, and enjoy a simple cup of coffee where you savor the flavor of the actual coffee beans and not the flavor of a bunch of additives. I got great hands on service and walked away with a bag of some deliciously fresh roasted coffee beans. I will be returning weekly for fresh beans for my home brewing.
