Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in West Greenwich

I left New England twenty years ago. Any time I come visit Honey Dew is my first stop. Traveling to different countries, different states. I've never found an iced cappuccino that compares to Honey Dew. Disappointed is an understatement after my visit to this location I used the mobile app to order so they're was no room for confusion. Large iced cappuccino regular. When I picked up my order it looked like black coffee. I told the server it didn't look right, there should be cream, I reiterated it was regular. Her response? "They didn't shake the box. We were just talking about it." She took it to fix it, told me I wouldn't need more sugar and I was on my way It was gross. I dumped it. The entire thing. $6 wasted. It was watered down, no cream, no sugar. Things happen, I get that but for her to willingly serve me a drink she knew had a problem...

I used to come to this honey Dew in the past and it was subpar, staff would be standing around, take 15 mins to get your coffee, I went today to give it another shot because it’s under new management, amazing experience, food came so quick, coffee was great, lots of staff on working hard and everyone so friendly! They even had a line at the drive through which I’ve never seen over there! Great work to the new management and staff, I absolutely will be...

I got hash browns and an iced black coffee today around 4pm. The hash browns were extremely chewy and some of them were so hard they were not edible. I should have brought them back but I was with my toddler and had to do errands so I decided to try eating them. Big mistake. I've had the worst stomach ache all day now. In alot of pain and wondering what's going to happen next. I think these hash browns were left out all day and reheated. What the hell honey dew ?? I will not be back ever! Glad I didn't give...
