Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Hartford

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been. I’m in the drive through and I order. Medium caramel swirl ice coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar. (For health reasons, I really can’t have more than that.) I also order hash browns and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. I get to the window and pay. I also never got a receipt. She hand me coffee that looks very light. And then hands it to me and when I say it’s too light, she gives me a big sigh and dumps a little of it out and puts more coffee. That doesn’t solve anything. The coffee is still super light and on the back it said 4 cream 4 sugar. So I ask her to remake the coffee and she has me pull to the curb. After waiting about 10 mins. Someone walks to my car and hand me another coffee. At this point I’m almost late to work, so I take the coffee and leave. Now once I get to work, I realize there are no hash browns in the food bag. I have a sip of the coffee and it’s definitly watered down and tastes funny. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they did something to it. I am so disappointed and frustrated. I’m giving this location a four because of the wonderful girls working the drive through and front counter, they were lovely. I really can’t say enough about their positive attitude, patience, manners, and overall demeanor.

However, one individual strikes me as someone who should not be working anywhere in the realm of customer service. Not only was she yelling at customers and her workers (I can only assume she was a manager with how she was barking orders at people) she was slamming things around, huffing and puffing, and generally acting appallingly unprofessional. Someone in the location told me she’d been working there for 10 years, and to think that everyone that’s worked there has had to endure that ridiculous behavior...

DON'T GO HERE!!!! Customer Service SUCKS!! Stopped this morning through drivethru and the cashier sound like she didn't want to be there. After placing my order, I pull up to the window to pay and she has a stank look on her face while tapping her hand as I reach for change. In other words, she was rushing me with body movement.
