Can't seem to get a simple coffee order right. My Uncle goes here daily. It's literally a 2 minute drive from our home. But he gets a medium BLACK coffee and adds his own sugar substitute. As for my Husband and I.... much different. Since moving close to said Uncle my husband tries to go with him for morning coffee runs as much as possible. Uncle is getting up in years ( mid 80s) to spend some time with him. It goes with out fail ALMOST every time he gets my order to go : medium caramel hot coffee 4sugar 3 cream .. they NEVER seem to get it right. Whether it's no sugar at all. To plain coffee. To a whole different flavor. SOMETHING is extremely wrong. Thank God he's just bringing it hometo me and I can fix it up. If I was on my way to work or school. I'd be infuriated. I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and they messed up my order every time I went there. They don’t seem to know what they are doing and the first time O wen there, the cream cheese on my bagel was like almost frozen, I specifically asked them four times for my coffee with no sugar and creamer sand to just put them on the side and they gave me the creamers and sugars on the side, BUT ALSO IN THE COFFEE TOO and it was like warm when it was supposed to be hot. I always go to other Dunkin’ Donuts and I have no problem. I have always gone to this location with no problem but after they renovated, I just can’t see what’s going on.
