Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Haven

This is a rest stop Dunkin'. So the atmosphere is as expected. The guy serving us was nice enough. We were only ordering coffee. We never tried coffee at Dunkin' before and I can promise that we never will again 🤢 We are a family that is OBSESSED with coffee. And mind you, I didn't expect it to be any better than gas station coffee. But it was WORSE! 🤢 I've never had such terrible coffee in my life! 😝 They DEFINITELY need to start using better coffee. We all ended up dumping most of our coffee out a bit later on when we could only manage to choke down half of it. It was just gross. I've been to a lot of Dunkin' locations, and I adore their sandwiches and beverages. I recently had a horrible experience on Thursday, 2/22/24, between 3 and 4 pm, when I ordered hash browns and a plain bagel toasted dark with strawberry cream cheese. I paid an additional $2.15 for the strawberry credit card. I had to charge extra and use my points. I kept asking both of the staff why they were charging me more for the 8 ounce strawberry CC. I occasionally visit this Dunkin' Donuts, and most of the time I have an enjoyable experience, but on Wednesday at 3pm, I had a terrible experience. A woman was working at the counter as I stepped in. I ordered a blueberry muffin and an egg and cheese on a croissant. She gave me an english muffin with an egg and cheese with bacon.
