Four Burritos Diner — Restaurant in West Haven

I ordered pozole, it tasted like watered down pork bouillon with oregano. I called to speak to someone in charge. I explained in Spanish and English, supposedly she didn't understand. She gave me attitude and set the phone down and never came back to the call. I called back and nobody seemed to understand Spanish or English. How convenient for them. I'm 62 years old this caused my blood pressure to go up. I shouldn't have to go back to a restaurant and return the food because it taste like someone with no experience was practicing in the kitchen. I was tired from working all night I just wanted a meal before I got some rest. Instead I had to prepare some food at home. They have horrible service, horrible food, and they are overpriced. Everything's fine until you have a complaint then they don't understand Spanish or English. I ended throwing away $23 for just food no drink that was for 1 person. Not worth it. Try Jerry's Diner...

Both these spots not only have flavorful delicious food that's affordable, but they also have a great staff that is friendly to all people, not just Spanish-speaking Folk

😒. Waited and ignored for an order we called in as they continue to take care of Latin customers before English speaking ones. Although their breakfast is good, not worth being treated that way I can go elsewhere and I will. Don’t let the great location fool you. This is probably the worst dinner in West Haven. No matter what you order from the menu it’s going to taste like the cooks didn’t even try. Everything is mid, nothing particular extraordinary except the price. You’re paying top dollar to bottom feed. The only saving grace is the polite service from the waitresses, but even that’s not enough to distract from the awful food and ridiculous prices. I have dined here three times and each time the food was always unimpressive. From taste to presentation, it’s just not worth it.
