After a long time, I'm writing a review is because this place really deserves a compliment. Firstly, their menu has a wide range of food selection and their customer service is extraordinary. Their food is fresh and great quality, has great flavor like homemade and they do a great job keeping the consistency. I travel a lot and visited this place and almost tried half of their menu in a week. Best of all was their onion pesarattu and vegetarian options. The food and sides were amazing (except the sambar which could be improved). I tried their chicken dishes and they were really delicious with a lot of flavor. You wouldn't believe it, the only Indian restaurant you could see open until midnight which is great. I was always worried about eating spicy food for dinner because of gastric issues, but their food has less oil and moderate spice level which is fantastic for a traveler like me. The food is affordable and not costly either, what a great spot. Overall, I would highly recommend you try this place at least once if you visit New Haven and you won't be disappointed.
