Dishonest and very poor customer service. Charged for 6 fried wings and “served only 4 because wings were too big”. When questioned, they alleged that wings should have been cut in pieces ( my order was not) and that “ there was a mistake in the menu” ( that due to the size of the wings, there should have been 4, not six) and yet, they changed me for 6. Called the restaurant and was promised that the manager would call and address and solve the issue and never did. Called back the day after to follow up on the issue, was told to stay close to phone because manager would call back…and never did! Very dishonest, bold face cheating, lying to customers and cutting the rations in the menu and still charging full price. Be aware and count the items you pay for, otherwise; do not patronize them. Terrible customer service and very poor management. I am giving a one star because there is not a 0 or a minus. Cheating customers on the orders they pay for and lying about it! UNACCEPTABLE! Don’t patronize...
Read moreMy husband and I tried this for the first time because we had heard great things about them. Well let me tell you we were pleasantly surprised because it was even better than what we had heard. The food is excellent. I had orange chicken and my husband had boneless spare ribs. Both of them were very tender and flavorful. The chicken was lightly breaded and not in a ton of sauce so you really can taste the chicken. The rice was very good also but I was most impressed with the egg rolls. They are not very thick on the outside, they have a thin outside, just enough, and the vegetables are very tender on the inside. Not greasy at all like we are used to. I ate the whole entire egg roll, which I usually only eat the vegetables on the inside because they're too greasy for me but not these. They were delicious. The staff was very nice and the place is very clean. I highly recommend you trying this place if you have not already. You will not be...
Read moreAte twice here since it opened (second day to get extra fried rice as the protein portions are huge!) and it’s amazing! The food is definitely fresher and less greasy when compared to your traditional Chinese takeout. I had the Spicy Sichuan Crispy Chicken with fried rice and my fiancée has the chicken and broccoli in brown sauce. The Sichuan Chicken was perfectly seasoned and a good spice at the regular spice option. My fiancée enjoyed her meal as well. The wonton soup was a highlight for us. It wasn’t overly salty like from a traditional takeout spot, which I personally enjoyed. I like a light broth, which this was. The wontons were great. Also tried the steamed pork dumplings which were awesome. Finally the Thai Tea Boba was delicious, some of the best I’ve had. On my second visit I was offered a free soda which was a nice touch. All in all, the food and service was great and can’t wait to go back and...
