Westies Nutrition — Restaurant in West Haven

This was my first ever experience at a shake/tea bar type thing, and this turned out to be amazing! Walking in the atmosphere is quite pleasant, the venue is very roomy with ample seating, and the staff are energetic & courteous.

What struck me though was the sheer customization factor for your shakes. there are so many different options for shakes and teas, and I was able to get a free tea with my shake! They did not take long at all to have made. Looks are deceiving as I thought the shakes were rather small at first, but they are very filling and satisfying! The teas are a great compliment too!

I ended up getting the Wedding Cake shake paired with the Skittles Tea. They both taste exactly as they sound to me! The sheer amount of sweet made me ache afterwards, but it was worth it! There was enough of both to last me through a meetup with a few friends that lasted almost 2 hours, sipping between both drinks!

Overall, this is a great place for shakes & teas! I'll definitely come back here the next time I'm in town; It's also right next to the West Haven...

Hands down, one of the best nutrition bars I’ve ever been to. The energy here is unmatched — especially from Steph and Amanda, who always bring the best vibes and make you feel like family the second you walk in. Their passion for what they do is so obvious and contagious.

The bar itself is packed with clean, feel-good fuel. The protein options keep me full and energized without feeling heavy, and I’m loving the benefits of the B12 — serious boost to my focus and mood throughout the day. You can tell everything they offer is thoughtfully crafted for people who actually care about what they’re putting into their bodies.
