LONG OVERDUE UPDATE: I was contaced by their supervisor who was nice enough to sendmne a coupon for a single sandwich and that deifes all logic. He understood that in at least 3 separate vsits I discovered upon returning home that my order was not right and I could not eat the sandwich. So with that said a single sandwich coupon does not even begin to rectify the issue but instead upsets me even more REASON: Its a great profitability move. I teturn with my single sandwich coupon but then have to but at the very least a drink which now covers the base cost of a sandwich, so there is no profitability loss to the unit. If I had someone explain to me the issues they had at my same level, and I was a supervisor I would send them a coupon for a meal, especially when there were 3 meals ruined. Long and short....POSITIVE: I WAS CONTACTED AFTER MY FIRST REVIEW. NEGATIVE: LACK OF CONSUMER COMMON SENSE. IN SHORT DONT BOTHER CONTACTING NE AGAIN. I NEVER USED THE COUPON AND IT WENT INTO THE GARBAGE BECAUSE IT WAS AN INSULT. IT WAS NEVER ABOUT NEEDING A COUPON ABOUT BUT INSTEAD DOING THE RIGHT THING TO MAINTAIN MY PATRONAGE. Attendant Faith rang it in and it came up as 11.59 for a total of $12.28ish. I asked about the price difference and Tessa, the manager?, told me the price had changed and I would just have to deal with it. I asked for the price that was stated on the menu and Faith made sure I had ordered it to the right soze for the menu price. She kept asking and pleading for Tessa to come back and confirm the change but Tessa said she was to busy and would come back when she felt like it. There was a line of 3 behind me and Faith was panicked so I asked to cancel my order. Then another girl came out, unsure of name to attempt to figure out what was going on. Read moreArby's is my go to place in lieu of McDonald's and Burger King. Unfortunately they never seem to get things right. Whether I go in or through the drive thru, the order is always wrong! I have Celiac's and place my orders without bread. When I receive my order, it's always on bread. I'm not sure giving employees a raise and over paying is working?! Perhaps making them think and work would help. This all stems from lack of management. I usually get the chicken salad in a bowl of lettuce. Unfortunately strike 2 is that Arby's only brings it back for what seems like a few days. This is the only real option for someone who has Celiac's and does not eat beef.
