Although I did not purchase a car from these guys the customer service and the overall feeling of being welcomed was unlike any other dealership I have ever been to. I will forever look to these people the next time. I need a car I actually may still wait until they find me something. That's how good I was treated. If you want a top of the line car dealership that is not pushy that will listen to you more along the lines of an old school car dealership. This is the place to go. Fantastic top of the line couldn't say anything bad even if I wanted. Highly recommended A +++++++

Fast forward I bought a ram 3500 from them amd have had a lot of stupid issues to deal with Including squeaking brakes and a shimmy when breaking. Very low heat on the driver's side. Ungreased front drive shaft , which if anyone knows anything about these trucks , is a huge safety point that needs to be greased every oil change.

Then when I brought it up to service?All they wanted to do was slap some crappy rotors from autozone on it. And again, anyone knows anything about brakes?Pads and roaders need to be matched. You can change pads without changing rotors.You can not change rotors without changing pads.

So would that being said , stay very far away from this dealership and their service. I paid $30000 for a vehicle that had breaking issues.The day I left. And heat issues two days later. Today is 10/15-25. I bought it 10/2/25 so what does that tell you. The salesperson was ok. Not very knowledgeable though.

We just moved here from out of State and were looking for a new vehicle for the wife. We stopped in at Blaise Alexander Buick GMC of Hazleton and tested drove a 2023 GMC Acadia AT4 fully loaded. Loved the looks and how it rode. Are Sale Person was Dakota who I have to say is one of the most professional and polite sales person that I have worked with in buying a vehicle. We sat down with him and the team and talked about our trade in and cost of the Acadia. But being out of state we had several hurdles to cross getting our PA license and changing our insurance to PA. With out these we could not buy the vehicle right then, but they allowed us to put a small fee down and it took us almost 2 weeks to get everything done. Also, out of all the dealers in the area the whole Alexander team was wonderful other dealers not so much none of them matched the trade in that we got or other savings and there was one dealer in particular that did not treat us well would not even talk numbers with us unless we made a commitment right then and there told us we could go look in the Kelly blue book for the trade in price that would be close to what we would get also they marked the vehicle up due to popularity, and Alexander did not. Once we went back to the Alexanders and did the paperwork it was one of the fastest processes, I have ever had with any dealer any were and I have bought a lot of vehicles. My experience: Uninformed salesman have no information other than the obvious any customer can see for themselves, until they speak to a superior. They are more concerned with your personal information than telling you about the vehicle you are interested in. if you come back the next day or a few days later, nobody can remember you so they hold the same fake small talk over and over and over each time you visit. Then when you decide to buy a vehicle and say what day you want to come in for paperwork, a salesman decides it can’t be that day because they don’t work that day. We were told what day to come instead and when we show up for a cash purchase, with a cash deposit already down for a week, they dont even value the customer enough to have remembered the appointment. So of course the vehicle wasnt ready. Oh and it costs them too much for you to use a debit card...so bring another form of payment and make another appointment to pick up the vehicle. They offer a full tank of gas instead of half and think the extra $20 makes a difference in customer satisfaction !!! Ha !!! Second similar experience- first time we bought similar vehicle from another dealer instead and still on the fence this round.
