My review on a park called Community Park, located in 37 Pecora Blvd, Hazleton, PA 18202.
I have been to this park several times this year, its is a really big park yet, also really small depending on your way of looking at things and what you are used too.
When you go in this park the first thing you will notice is the big parking lot, which can get really crowded on the weekends, sometimes you might have to wait about 5 mins or less for a parking spot. On the week days the park is usually empty and you can easily find a parking spot.
The second thing you will notice is the big war Tank the is located in the park entrance which is a veteran memorial site. I think that tank is pretty cool actually...
There is a soccer field on the right of the park right next to the parking lot that you can't missed. I really haven't explore this area but its very big and visible.
As you enter the park you will see or find a child play ground as well as several BBQ spot where you can have a family gathering.
To the left of the park far out you can find a spot that can be used or rented not sure for parties.
There is also a bathroom which most time I been there is closed.
There is also a live bait machine that doesn't work, sadly.
The park itself is kind of dirty and not well kept.
There is a small lake where you get to fish in and there is also a small trail, where you can find wild berries and snake lol.
overall its a nice place to go to is you want to go for a walk and explore.

Read moreVery nice place to visit by yourself, or a great day with the family!! They have small standing bbq's for nice little cook outs, picnic benches to relax on. They have a small pond in the park that's usually stocked with trout every year. The pond also has largemouth bass, catfish, blue gills. Excellent place to teach the kids how to fish, or for you to go out there and concentrate on catching the big one!! Water is clean. The park is clean as well. They also have trails to walk, and exercise stations here and there throughout the trails to challenge yourself. I believe the entrance gates close at 8:00 pm. Free parking, and Porto John's on the spot. Take the family out for a nice day. Also a soccer field for a children's league when the season starts. In all...a great day to be had...
