Cannot think of any other words than MUST HAVE, DELICIOUS, SAVORY, CRISPY (and on and on). The 14-hour brisket is to die for and the mix of tender meat and crispy pieces had me munching well after I should have stopped. Cannot wait to visit at field of screams without the screams.

Had pork belly tacos from the food truck and they were awesome! The owner is really nice too.👍 I just grabbed tacos from the food truck but I'd definitely consider them to cater if I was hosting an event.

We just had an amazing company lunch at Intulse catered by HotBoxBBQ and the team is still talking about it! We did the full 'HotBox' selections + the mac n cheese added on. The chef told me before he left " The ribs... I put my foot in those things last night!" and did he ever! What an amazing blend of sweet & spicy. The Brisket was horrible, chewy like beef jerky. I ordered the brisket sandwich which was supposed to come with Cole slaw which he didn't have. I was offered beans that came in a cup the size of a shot glass. My wife ordered the brisket bowl which actually came in a small plastic cup, not worth $12. The wing portion was very disappointing. I will not be partaking in this food...
