If I could give no stars, I would! On November 19, 2022, I placed an order for two (2) cyan, magenta, and yellow ink cartridges (2 of each color). On November 25th, I received 2 cyan and 2 magenta ink cartridges. I did not receive the yellow cartridges. On Monday, November 28th, I called customer service and was informed their system was down and someone would send me an email and follow-up phone call; I did not receive either. On Tuesday, I contacted customer service again and was informed the ink was being shipped from a different facility and would receive a shipping email w/in a few days; which I did not receive. On Friday, December 2nd, I contacted customer service again and was informed of the exact same thing and that the order would be shipped out early the following week. I did not receive either- no shipping confirmation, no cartridges, or a refund. I waited the entire week of December 4-10th and again did not receive anything; no cartridges or a refund. On Tuesday, December 13th, I tried calling customer service twice and did not get through; waited for a long time and then received an answering service to leave a voice message. On Wednesday, December 14th, I called customer service again and was informed she could see the notes on my account from previous calls. She proceeded to place me on hold to follow-up with the accounting department to check on the status of my refund. She was told that they issued a refund but pulled it back because they had received shipping confirmation of the yellow cartridges but upon further review, they see the package has been sitting for 6 days with no movement so they will proceed with a refund and to allow 24 hours to see it reflected on my payment account. I asked if I would receive an email when the refund has been issued and was basically informed no but she could send me one once she received it from accounting. It's been a month and honestly I have no cartridges and no refund. At this point, I will take it as a loss. This will be the last time I order from LD Products because the lack of concern and mitigation of this is below unacceptable! Luckily, it was not expensive, but I can only imagine the number of people experiencing/have experienced...
Read moreHorrible toners! They come from China. They do not have the LD label on them and look completely different from the LD website. Worse than Amazon toners. Do not last but two weeks printing at most 30-50 pages per day on my brother machine. I told them that they don't last the advertised 3000 pages and the customer service agent told me that it's not what that means, that each page is supposed to be printed to 5% of the page, not the full page. I said that seems like false advertising, but regardless we did not print that much. I'm going back to OEM. I asked customer service to get a refund and they want all 5 in the box shipped back in order to get a full refund and they don't provide a return shipping label. We've used 2 and have 3 left; one has been thrown away. I was told that it would be a partial refund but again I'd have to pay shipping, or they can send me 2 more of the abysmal cartridges to try. I'm at a loss as to what the lifetime satisfaction guarantee means. I'm not satisfied with either solution. I want to get a full product refund but I'm unable to get it. I do not want replacement bad quality cartridges. This company does not stand behind their products and does not try to make customers happy. Read moreI recently purchased a set of ink for my hp printer (952xl) I received my order and was happy to install and continue using my printer for my small business and come to find out the black cartridge does not work so I can’t print shipping labels out to send my products out, I wasn’t to upset because they are supposed to have a great customer service which was not the case in my experience, I went back and forth with a representative which was a complete waste of time, I wanted to return the entire order because I had to go out and pay the hp price for ink to keep my customers happy and fulfilling shipment but they did not care and told me I was only getting a refund for the black ink only.
