Be very careful of this Taco Bell. I stopped here about 130am on July 26th 2025. Placed my order in thy drive thru. They took my card. They had it a little longer than normal. Ok no big deal. Well so I thought. Not long after I got home I got a text notification from my credit union. Fraud alert. I'm like what is this!!? Looked into deeper. They took the info from my card and tried using it to purchase stuff for a online game. I don't play any online games. Let alone any games at all on a computer or my phone. I'm waiting for my credit union to open tomorrow to get more info on this before I file a police report. Make sure you keep your card in your sight at all times...

I Did not realize my card was missing until the following business day. I called ahead to confirm my card was at your store. I was instructed by a team member to use the drive thru to pick up. When I arrived to the window an immature, young cashier refused to speak with her team and get my card. She was rude and kept referring to me as sweetie.
