Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in West Jordan

So this Starbucks is inside of Smith's Market Place. I'm glad it's here to feed my coffee addiction but at this location it's hit and miss. Recently there has been a few new people start and depending on who is working my drink can be amazing or pretty horrible and depending on who is working they make you pay for 3 extra pumps of flavor that is already part of the drink. It's not an extra shot, it's not an extra flavor. It's the same flavor that's already in it just a little more. The other day I was there I asked for my 3 extra pumps of flavor and the girl didn't charge me, she handed the cup to the kid making the drink and I heard him lean over to the girl and say "you didn't charge him extra so I'm only giving him 2 extra pumps." Worst location ever!!I ordered online and when my husband got there to pick up there was no one! He had to wait 10 minutes, the lady came and squeezed 3 plum cheese danish in one small bag, they were a mess. The coffees where to start? They were supposed to be hot but they were not even warm, she didn't even careee about at all, one of them was only warm milk she forgot the caramel, espresso shot etc, and the other one she added like triple the caramel syrup it was soo sweet that we couldn't drink any of them, all my order went to the garbage! At the risk of sounding like a complete white girl, here goes the review. They have a staff member there, Dean, who is by far the most rude person I have ever come across in a Starbucks. Might want to think about retraining him as well because he couldn't figure out my rewards points and how I can get them or even how I use them for my purchase.
