I love going to this Panera usually as the staff is normally friendly but today I was charged for a pastry that wasn’t available anymore so a refund had to be issued. I understand that this can happen and had no trouble giving them my information to process the refund but the manager that I spoke to was extremely rude. She was very short with her words and rude with her tone. I understand it is an inconvenience for her but there is no reason to take that out on the customer. When i finished writing down my information, she said to me “Have a good Day, et cetera.” in a dismissive tone. Overall, I have had a good experience with the rest of the staff but the manager that was on closing shift tonight is someone that I hope no one else has to deal with.
