I recently attended the Broadway tour of Hadestown at this venue, and unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable due to poor management and lack of audience etiquette enforcement.
The show was delayed by 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, and even after it began, a large group of about thirty people was allowed to enter during the middle of the second number. This wasn’t a one-time disruption—ushers continued opening and closing doors throughout Act 1, letting in bright light and adding unnecessary noise.
