Blenders & Bowls - Westlake — Restaurant in West Lake Hills

Not a fan. My coworker and I walked in for a pick me up and was greet by one really sweet woman stocking the drinks in the front and then by another woman who made it seem as if we were interrupting her free time. She (not the happy one!) took my order, sent it through their system and waited a solid 3 or 4 minutes before deciding to make my drink. We were the only customers in the store...and my coworker didn’t even order anything. It literally took almost 10 minutes for one drink...

Unfortunately service has gone down hill this past year. We keep trying to give it another chance, but sadly to our own experiences, this location just isn’t what it used to be. Smoothies are coming out very watery and the wait time is ridiculous. Not sure what the kids working there are doing, but I’ve heard from other customers that they have had to wait an hour for their food. Hope they fix this issue. I used to be a frequent customer of this place (visited once a week) and even wrote a good review a few months back. Well my position has changed, recently they gave me a small açaí bowl when I paid for a large. I questioned them immediately and no resolution was offered. I wrote to a manager (Erin) who said she would refund my credit card and asked for the date and last 4 digits of the credit card but no refund was ever given. Very bad customer service....
