King Chef — Restaurant in West Manchester Township

Worse food I’ve EVER had in my life. Ridiculous prices for such small amounts of food. Plate are smaller then school lunches. Refused to send receipt with food because I questioned the total I was given. Called with proof from the menu they sent that I was over charged and they hung up on me and didn’t answer their phones after. Rice isn’t fried just half steamed because half of my rice was hard. My shrimp that I had to pay an extra $2 for still had the damn shells on them. My chicken was beyond salty, they need to change whatever oil they use. My crab sticks tasted like they chewed it up and spit back out, breaded it and then served. HORRIBLE. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. My dogs wouldn’t even eat this so called food. We were extremely disappointed with the customer service that King Chef provided. We order off of Grub Hub (where they were listed as a restaurant that delivered). We received a phone call within about 5 minutes asking about our address. We answered their questions and were under the impression that we would receive our food in a timely manner. It took OVER and HOUR for us to receive our dinner and when I called in to the store to speak with someone, the woman I spoke to was unkind and appeared to be mad at us that we had ordered off of Grub Hub. She commented that they didn't deliver where we lived (less than 2 miles away). When we received the food it was cold and not worth the money we spent and time waited. Absolute worst Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at.I ordered the lunch special the other day two of them and got overcharged by over a dollar on each And states on the front of the menu that I have ,if you spend $30 you get a free crab rangoon or sushi roll so I asked the lady about that And she said they don't use the coupons anymore. So I asked her for an updated menu and whenever the food came I got the same exact menu that I already have. I highly recommend nobody ever order from this Chinese restaurant it's horrible!!!!
