This review and the 5 stars I am leaving are for one amazing employee who has been at this Big Lots for years on the register. Her name is Bonnie . I have spent my life in professional sales and management so I guess you can say I am a little more demanding then the average customer because I know how much effort It take to deliver quality customer service on a consistent basis. For years both my wife and I have been amazed at the never wavering friendly, helpful demeanor of Bonnie. Lets face it in most stores today the cashiers come and go and are hit and miss on helpfulness based on their personal mood. Not so with Bonnie! Weather it is daytime, evening, a holiday, busy or slow if Bonnie is working the register you know you will have some pleasant conversation while she efficiently rings you out and bags your items. All this and she keeps the line moving at a good pace. I hope the folks at this Big Lots are taking care of her and if they haven't already offered Bonnie they should consider some sort of role above that of a cashier. If Bonnie could somehow teach her secrets of being positive and consistently 100% to other cashiers at Big Lots then the store would be a true stand out in the market place! We need more people in retail with Bonnie's skill set and commitment to old fashioned customer service. Keep up...

Get the new one and. Throw out our semi old one. Once he did all that the couch was not what we ordered it was a part of a sectional we did not want a sectional we paid for a couch and a love seat we got the love seat and also we got a half of a couch that belongs to a sectional not what we ordered so they said that we have to bring the couch back of course they can't give us a discount what does unbelievable we had to pay someone to help us remove our old couch bring in the new one it's not even what the hell we ordered so we are putting out money over n over again and already threw our old couch out but....

I can get better deals at Ollies and since the supply chain malfunction their prices has definitely gone up. I also don’t feel as I get A lot of rewards incentive like coupons on a regular basis. We also if they had an app but you have to sign on using their website portal. Overall they’ve got some neat stuff in the pricing is reasonable but I find it to be climbing...
