Coming back to edit the review. First, the accountability taken by the response received from management is upstanding and appreciated. It’s tough to hear the criticism but I must say the response received was genuinely appreciated. Also, big changes have been taking place. Noticeable staff on the floor, cleanliness, even new additions to the areas. Thank you so much for listening to your customers! I’ve been a member here for two years, and for just $10 a month, the value is outstanding. I don’t expect a top-tier luxury trampoline park—my seven-year-old just needs a fun and active place to burn off energy. However, there are some major concerns that I’ve seen persist without improvement, and I believe they need to be addressed.
Safety & Supervision
While I firmly believe parents should be responsible for their own children, the overall lack of supervision creates a chaotic and unsafe environment, especially for younger kids. Designated age areas don’t mean anything if there’s no staff to enforce it, and I’d never let my children under 6-7 play here. The biggest issue is the number of unsupervised teenagers who come in, act recklessly, and even intimidate smaller children—without consequences.
I’ve personally witnessed teens performing dangerous stunts near little kids, harassing them, and even getting aggressive with parents when confronted. One teenager stood on a table to yell in my face after pelting my son with a dodgeball in the face while standing over him and when I reported it, nothing was done. The staff—who are often the same age as these teens—seem either indifferent or unwilling to enforce rules, likely because they know the offenders personally. They’re always interacting with them, going up on the floor flirting with them or making jokes/conversing, but again, blind eye when acting improperly.
Worse, I encountered a mother actively encouraging her child to pick a fight with my son and even recording children in the dodgeball area without parental consent. Again, when I brought this to the staff’s attention, nothing was done. There is zero accountability for bad behavior. And if a manager is reading this, and you need receipts, I’ll find the date and time for you in my own records.
The facility’s own safety contract should be enforced at the door. Unaccompanied minors should not be allowed entry—it’s unsafe for them and for others. More importantly, there needs to be an active adult manager on site at all times who is visible, engaged, and ready to handle issues as they arise.
Cleanliness
I don’t expect spotless conditions in a high-energy environment like this, but basic hygiene should not be neglected. The couches are visibly dirty (I always bring my own Lysol wipes), the bathrooms are frequently out of soap and paper towels, and I have never once seen the hand sanitizer stations refilled. I often Instinctively go to use them and they are always out.
Even at closing time, I’ve only seen minimal cleaning—mostly vacuuming up foam pieces. With so many children jumping barefoot (yes, fully barefoot) and sweating in close contact, cleanliness should be a higher priority. I strongly recommend bringing your own sanitizing supplies if you visit.
Final Thoughts
I often don’t feel comfortable bringing my son here alone due to the unchecked behavior of older kids. Until the staffing and supervision issues are addressed, the safety of younger children will continue to be at risk. Health and safety should be basic priorities—please take action to...
Read morewe have gone to this jump park on multiple different occasions whether that was just for our kids to jump or a birthday party that we attended. We have never had an issue going here before until yesterday. I was there with my children, my niece, and a friend of our kids who was there with us. And it was the most horrible experience we have ever had at any place we’ve gone to.
A staff member yelled at my children for running. Mind you, my children are four and three (x2). And our friends kid is four. When i say he yelled , he literally yelled at my children. I then went to find the manager to say something , who essentially blew me off and made me feel like he did nothing wrong. She then went over to the staff member and she talked to him for a few minutes They laughed and then that was it no apology know anything more than an okay….
we finished out our jumping time as we had already had a membership there and our kids are supposedly able to jump for two hours.
Today I received a phone call at 12 o’clock stating that the general manager heard my complaint and saw my review from the survey that they emailed me and still did not apologize. Did not say his staff member did anything wrong other than he may have felt it was a little urgent to speak to them And made me feel like my kids were at fault. The general manager also stated that he reviewed the cameras and only saw the little girl sitting on the trampoline crying, but did not say he saw my children run into them or could tell me what the child was wearing that ran into the little girl. But then still stated it was my kids who were at fault.
This entire thing was unsettling and a waste of money as this is supposed to be a fun place or essentially a kids zone and it is not. mind you the entire time that we were here there was much larger children than my 25 pound kids or even 35 pound That were jumping around, running into each other multiple people, jumping on the trampoline that my kids were on and I never said a word to anybody because that’s what this place is supposed to be for Be a place of fun
The bathrooms are dirty. The staff are all teenagers or maybe 18 years old. I asked the general manager to refund me for my membership as obviously we are not going to go back. He promised me a phone call back today It is now after 8 o’clock and he did not call me and I had tried to call their multiple different times tonight and not one time that I...
Read more2 years ago I had a birthday party here for my grandson. He had a great time so I decided to have another birthday party for him this year. BIG mistake. The day of the party it snowed. The roads were getting bad so around 11:30 that day I decided I better check to see if there was anyway to reschedule. The girl I spoke to told me they were closing at 12:30 and I would have to reschedule for another day and time. I guess if I wouldn’t have called to check on the party; they would have never contacted me. The first thing, the next day they opened; I was on the phone asking to reschedule for the following weekend and the same time. The guy I spoke to told me he was the manager and went through all the details for the party. The following week we showed up and I just knew it! The only person working there; looks up at me and says I’m sorry we don’t have you scheduled. The guy I spoke to the previous week was not the manager and things continued to go downhill from there. They claimed I never called them to reschedule. I showed the girl the call that was made the date, time, and the minutes spent on the phone. We had ordered 3 pizzas which I was told we could not get because they didn’t have my party scheduled. The kids had nothing to eat except the birthday cake we brought. If it wasn’t for the kids wanting to jump; I would have demanded my money back. They are so unprofessional and have no knowledge on how to handle these situations. In the meantime, the lines are getting longer because they are understaffed. They gave us enough plates for 7 kids. No plastic utensils for the cake. No drinks. They were extra. The place was a mess. No longer do they have lockers to put your belongings in. Garbage cans filled to the top. The whole place was dirty. I had an argument with a father that not only denied his son hitting my granddaughter in the back of the head; but tells me to just move on. You can’t go anywhere anymore without running into rude people. I’m so done with that place. I was unaware that the establishment had new owners and it has really gone downhill. I hear the new place in York; Fun City Adventure Park is the place to go and that’s where my family will be going...
