Arby's — Restaurant in West Marion

The ONLY reason I gave it 1 star is because there is no lower score!!!!!! First time in the new restaurant was a few months after it opened. Wanted the new to wear off. I wasn’t waiting In Line around the block. The dining room was filthy!!!!! Now it was possible they had just had a rush and we missed it?? No line at the counter only 2 other customers in the dining room. Waited almost 20 minutes for our order. We ate and used the rest room (restroom was nasty) Took about 30 minutes to eat, total time in the restaurant almost an hour. Only 1 other customer ordered after us and drive through not busy. NO ONE EVER EVEN WIPED OFF A TABLE THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE!!!!!!!!! My wife used to work food service and she even was disappointed at how awful this so called restaurant was. A few months later we thought we would give the manager a second chance? But took food home. Service was slow and the Ruben sandwich was the worst!!!! At least half of it was a slab of gristle, and had to be thrown out. I will NOT VISIT THIS arby’s until it goes under and something else opens in that...

Today my team and I chose to eat a Arby's during our lunch break. After picking up the food we were missing an entire order of jalapeno poppers, all sauces (asked for 3 marinara sauces, 2 ranches, and bronco berry sauce for the poppers). Fries were only filled halfway. When we returned to the location to get the missing items the cashier argued with us that "she knew the fries were full because she filled them". They were not. In the end they refused to replace the fries and only sent one of each sauce (1 marinara for 3 large orders of mozzarella sticks....). They also did not replace the jalapeno poppers...instead they sent 2 jalapeno sliders... Extremely unhappy but honestly more upset with the bad attitude and arguing.

Edit: We were given an apple turnover "for the issues" that was old and hard. Literally was spit out and thrown away.

My wife and I are burnt out on local carry-out burgers, so we carry out from Arby’s regularly, and their menu provides enough variety to satisfy us. We lean toward the Market Fresh and Signature sandwiches. The Traditional Greek Gyro is quite good, a favorite of mine. The Smokehouse Brisket, Market Fresh Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich, and Reaben are also very good. Their roast beef sandwiches are also quite good, we just don’t usually feel like one of those with all the other choices. Throw in a bag of Curly Fries (the onion rings are only fair, but NO chain that we have found makes good onion rings) and a couple of shakes - the Orange Creme shake (a limited time offering) is dynamite - and you should be good to go. Their turnovers and other shake flavors are all very good desserts as well. They are usually pretty busy at the dinner hour, but service and food quality are...
