Nopale's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in West Marion

Today was my 1st visit to your restaurant. I had heard lots of good things about your restaurant. Today was the worst service I have ever had. I had a party of 5. 2 adults 3 kids. A bowl of queso cheese was ordered with drinks. After the server came back to get our order she then brought our drinks . After the server walked off before we could talk to her my husband had to get up from our table and ask another employee what happened to the queso we had ordered. 5 minutes later the queso appeared. During our horrible wait we were disturbed by a woman sitting in the booth behind us yelling at the person on her phone. No employee could be found to talk to about the loud customer. Finally food came out. 2 plates. As we sat there waiting for the rest of our order my youngest child fell asleep at the table. We didn't even have her food yet. 3 persons orders were not served. When I addressed it with the woman At the counter she didnt even acknowledge that I was in front of her. After such disrespect I told the woman to cancel the rest of our order. That we had only received 2 and they were already done eating. In the process of talking to the woman at the counter when I returned to my table to retrieve my belongings 2 of the other orders came out. My husband told them to box it up. Even in the process of boxing up 2 plates, and my children boxing up their leftovers the last order had still not been prepared. And this entire time the loud customer just got louder and louder. I am truly disappointed in your restaurant. An hour and half was spent in there ordering, waiting on food to only receive 2 orders in a decent...

The reason I am leaving 2 stars is due to a new waiter! I’ve never had an issue the times I’ve eaten here. The first issue was when I ordered chicken nuggets and fries for my kids and he repeated back “chicken nuggets and rice” and I replied with “no, fries please” and he said back with an attitude “I know! Fries comes with it!”…the next issue was when I ordered the “Special Napoles” that has a choice of cheese or chicken and he brought me back the item with beef. I mentioned it to him and he said he put beef because I didn’t give him an option of what I wanted in it. I told him beef wasn’t an option on the order I chose and that I chose chicken when I ordered. He then began to argue with me about what I ordered and I again told him beef wasn’t even an option and he shouldn’t have wrote beef. My mother also ordered a mountaineer and he didn’t put in her order. She sat there waiting on her order and when mentioned to him he pulled out his pen and pad to finally take her order that he forgot, so we both decided to just get to go boxes and leave. I’ll remember to not come while he’s at work or just ask for another waiter. I love their food and I’ve never had an issue and I don’t think it was appropriate for him to argue with a costumer! A huge ZerO star for this place, Wow! Very poor display of plate of food that was brought to our table,it looked like it was little leftovers from someone elses food and recooked, disgusting,I would never ever go there again not even in a million years, By the way when I complaint to the waiter he wasnt very pleasant nor offered any escuse or a solution or any other option, Then one my partner ordered Some stuff jalapeños and after they brought it to the table they were mocking and laughing and pointing at our table making fun of us, that was also very uncomfortable and very,very rude, I finally noticed what they had done,they left all the seeds of the hardly cooked stuffed Jalapeños inside the stuff Jalapeños so when we eat it would be extremely, unbearably spicy hot, Thank God I never ate it cause I knew something was not right,I sensed something was up, something was going on, especially when I saw them cracking up and pointing at our table, but my husband and my companions ate it and they were not very happy,They were tearing how hot firing spicey that was, That is dangerous they can kill somebody easily like that, Customers Please Beware, DO NOT GO TO...
