Terrible service, terrible coffee. If you want to start your day right, avoid this place at all cost.
I have been to many Dunkin’ Stores in different states with wonderful customer service, yet this one stands out as a very discouraging experience because of who works here to represent Dunkin’ unfortunately.
The employee by the name of Harry was not by any means warm and he carries how much he is irritated on his face to begin with the moment he lays his eyes on us in line. Ordered a coffee with oat milk as I always do, he simply said we don’t have it with a facial expressions as if I was so ridiculous to ask for oat milk. No kind explanation of “we normally have it but we are unfortunately out now. Sorry.”
When we ordered a couple things and since I am a very frequent customer to Dunkin, I was using my points from reward on a couple of items we ordered. When I wanted to confirm our order took the rewards, he was so impatient with us.
Let me also mention, the hot crafted latte I ordered suppose to have frothed milk, yet mine was just the liquid from fridge directly poured into the cup, which ironically made the hot coffee a cold coffee. How lazy are you?
The whole time we just had to deal with a very careless person with a bad attitude. Customer service was so bad that we were so uncomfortable the entire time ordering and waiting for our food/drinks.
We will never return to this...
Read moreThe #1 issue with this Dunkin is inconsistency. The employees are not trained properly so your coffee depends entirely on who is making it that day and not what you order. This is a failure on the managers behalf as they should be responsible for training all employees thoroughly so everyone has the same knowledge and experience to provide consistent quality orders. Go to any coffee shop and order the same thing every day and you will get the same thing every time. But when you go to Dunkin and order the same thing each day, you never know "Is my coffee going to taste like water? Will they accidently use granulated sugar? Is it going to be white because they doubled the cream? Is it going to be black because they didnt put any cream??" I understand its low quality fast food but I dont think thats an excuse to not provide people what they paid for. People lose so much money over time throwing Dunkin in the trash because it wasnt made correctly. Do the math, if a regular customer spends $4/day for a year thats $1460. If you lose 10 regulars due to inconsistent, poor quality orders thats $14,600/year loss. If you lose 70 regulars due to inconsistent orders thats over $100,000 revenue loss annually. Train your managers to...
Read moreFor starters, the order line was slow af this Sunday morning and I was very hungry. When it was finally my turn to place my order, I asked for 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps with a side of hashbrowns and requested to split the hashbrown order amongst the 2 wake up wraps by placing half (3 hashbrowns) inside each of the wake up wraps. After about a 5 minute wait I received my order. The hashbrowns were placed into 2 separate bags instead of inside of the wraps...no big deal. I pulled out the wrap to place the hasbrowns inside and saw a round black particle inside of the egg and cheese wrap that looked like it could've been a burnt piece of food or a rodent dropping. Either way, by now I'm disgusted and I don't want anything from this store except for my money back. I showed the wrap to the staff and requested a refund to which they replied that they could remake the order but they don't issue refunds. Perhaps I missed a posted sign that stated "no refunds" but I was far too hungry to argue over $3 plus I had a long drive ahead of me so I ended up walking out of the store without food or...
