McDonald's — Restaurant in West Melbourne

4/19/2020. "Extremely upset!" To say the least. I will never go to this McDonalds again and dont recommend it to anyone. I go in and people are waiting about 4:00pm and no one is taking orders. Another lady said you may want to use the Kiosk, so I did. For one i couldnt get logged in. Then it was going very slow and it finally logged me in. Then i wanted to use my 20% coupon from the website and i kept putting the 4 numbers in because it wouldnt scan. So I gave up and went to another Kiosk and at first the same thing happened but finally logged me in and then it said i was logged in on a different Kiosk and to go log it out so I did and went back to the other one and then tried the 4 numbers again since i couldnt get it to scan with my phone and it said there was a problem. So I went to the register again and no one there approximately waiting 15 minutes between everything and noticing noone there to help me the entire time there still. a manager seen i was up there and had someone go to register. I explained what was happening and she said well i will just scan it here and then it said the coupon is expired and i told the girl it in fact was not it is a daily coupon for 20% off and i hadnt used it today at any McDonalds. She said she couldnt give me the discount and i said i want to speak to your supervisor, so she had her come up to register and she said its expired and we cant take it, so i showed her my phone where it was available and not expired and she still said i cant help it i cant give you a discount if its expired so then we kept going back and forth and i finally said nevermind but i made it very clear to everyone around register that I will never go to this McDonalds again and will post my experience on facebook so everyone can see what they did. The reason i went there for one was i hadnt eaten lunch yet because i had a Doctors appt and was there longer than expected and I am a Diabetic and my Glucose was down to 61 which is very low for me and i knew i needed to eat quick. But anyway i dont recommend anyone go to this McDonalds at Wickham rd on Ellis...

This seems to be an issue with every McDonalds anymore. You ask for something they ring it up completely different. But I misread the screen and didn’t realize it was wrong until I pulled up. They just straight ignore what you said. Like I’ll ask for extra pickles then I get burgers with no pickles at all. Today I asked for a happy meal and got a six pc nugget only. My bad for forgetting my lunch at home today.

Edit: 2-6-2025 Was running late for work and decided to give this location another chance. Tried ordering another happy meal and they tried to ring it up as just a six piece chicken nugget again. I told him that I wanted the meal with a chocolate shake added. It was supposed to be 599+ an up charge for the shake . Sudden the meal jumped from $5.99 to $7.28 plus the up charge for the shake and the lady at the window tried to charge me over $10.50 for a happy meal with a shake. Got her to fix it so it was like $8.50. And then I get a shake that barely even filled. What is the point?

Edit July 30 2025 Came in to try again. It has been months figured I’d try it. Got in line (there are two open) and waited for the person beside me to get order taken. They ordered a decent amount of food and I think w separate checks. Another car pulled in behind them and got waited on before me. So I wound up sitting in line for like ten mins while someone pulled right up and got waited on. Super appreciate it guys. Can’t get anything right here. But on break I have no where else to go except Wawa and...

I just deleted my last post on here because of the last 5 times I've been in here either drive through or came in because I ask for no cheese on my mother sandwich and last time's cheese was on each different sandwich. Today the girl at the counter told me the price and I had changed but I just came from getting a biopsy on my thyroid and the I wasn't thinking as fast so she got put out and said " I can count give me the 20.00." The look on her face told me she had no patience for me!!! I thought that was very rude and then my crispy chicken sandwich was burnt. I'm hurting from the biopsy but she still had no right to treat me like I was stupid. Every time I go in there they get the order wrong when I have said three or four times please no cheese. Why is it I'm the bad person here. I had the change but she was being impatient and rude to me about taking a few more seconds longer to count out the change. My moms deluxe burger was tougher than normally too. Why do I have to apologize for an employee bad attitude !!! I will probably not come back to this McDonald's...why did everything have to be...
