Absolutely one of the best decisions I've ever made using Stone and Tile Gallery in Suntree. I'd been debating for a few years getting my master bathroom walk-in shower retiled but didn’t want the headache. There were many variables I had to consider. The main one was having the installer work for the tile company otherwise there was no recourse if there were problems. That was a lesson I learned the hard way many years ago. Many places sold tile but don’t have their own installers. Others things I needed to consider was rotten wood, mold, bad shower pan, plumbing, inconvenience and cost. I went into Stone and Tile Gallery and I was immediately impressed with their selection and knowledge. I met Kelly Barros who did not pressure me and guided me to exactly what I was asking for. She picked out the deco tiles that matched perfectly and gave me a fantastic price. Then we scheduled the install and I was totally impressed with the efficiency and neatness of her crew. I am a neat freak and they exceeded my expectations of honoring my wishes of cleanliness. Luckily for me there was no rotten wood or mold and no plumbing problems. Shower pan and floor was good so the only thing I really changed was removing the 1ft curb step over. Now a wheelchair can go across the threshold if necessary. Yes it was inconvenient at the back of the house down a 40ft hallway but that was on me. I love it and totally worth it. Stone and Tile Gallery rocks!! Went at Stone & Tile Gallery upon advice from a friend for our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling. At first the service was excellent, good tiles selection and fair prices. I decided to use them as the owner is also a installer, he came to measure and he told me he would take care of the job.

The first day he didn't showed up and I discovered that a sub-contractor was in charge. Not a major issue, as soon as the work was done properly. Mauricio, the owner, came just to bring tiles and take away all the trash. After 2 days we were left with only the subcontractor's workers as he had to start another job. They just rushed and I had to follow them closely as they were about to install wall tiles on the floor. Then I had to call a couple of times to have them finish the job (baseboards install, put back the toilet). Then I had to call again as the grout in the shower pain wasn't clean properly and it was full of stains.As soon as the work was finished they started sending daily emails asking for invoice's payment even if I told them that it was already done (bill pay thru bank).

We drove to every tile store in Melbourne trying to match the tile for our condo. We only needed 4 tiles. No one really wanted to bother with us for that small of an order. A few places had something close but we had to buy an entire case and pay for shipping at a cost of around $500. Not a good option. So we stumbled on the stone and tile gallery. Thank god! We met Kelly and we told her our problem, she went way above and beyond to help us out. She took us out into her warehouse and searched through piles of tiles that she had left over from jobs. We found a couple of sample tiles that would work well. She was gracious enough to give them to us at no charge. We tried several times to pay for them but she would have nothing to do with that and was glad to help out.
