I had my Dearest Friends took my word on how good the food is. We had a Cheese Steak Stromboli with mushrooms, peppers and onions I was on the phone in front of my Amazing Friend placing our order while on speakerphone so she can hear for herself since she was willing to buy dinner for herself, her Fantastic Husband and for me. We where told it was $22.00 for the Stromboli, around $6.00 for the poppers as well around $4.00 for garlic knots we fingered around $35.00 not much more then $40.00. The bill was close to $60.00 . I called a few times to make sure the driver was on the way each time I have mentioned the price on the different items they said yes a few times. After we received it the bill was like I said close to $60.00 no one never told me all these items where extra::::$10.00 for the steak, $3.00 for Mushrooms, $3.00 for peppers and $3,00 for onions $19.00 extra when there Cheese Steak pizza is almost $20.00 with mushrooms on it. Now because I double check the order and the price a few times they said $22.00 for the Stromboli $5.95 poppers and $3.95 Garlic Knots. My Dearest Amazing Friends got ripped off big time now since I told them to call them I feel horrible because high way robbery that this company did to them Tomorrow is there 5 year Anniversary now they don't have enough money to go to Texas Road house for there Anniversary Dinner. It's my fault but I am going to make up it to them since they called the company and the Manager won't even get on the phone with them. I know I will never order from here again even though my Husband and I as well my Grandson ate there pretty often. We have eaten here for a full year once every month for a family meal. Over the course of that year we have had great service. Today ruined any future visits from my family, and my friends. I called to place a pickup order to go for two Stromboli, once stuffed shells plate, and a chicken tender plate. Lady on the phone was so distracted I had to reappear TWO Stromboli four times before she understood. Told her the order will be picked up by Joe. Well he got there picked up and drove all the way to my house missing one Stromboli. I called them back to say we were missing a Stromboli and Joe was going to headback there to pick it up. She said ok it will be 15min. It took him 22 min to get there. When he got there… he went to the counter and they charged him. Told him it will be about 15min, instead of saying “hey it should have been ready by now” he accepted it and sat down. He sat there for 10min went to the bathroom came and sat down for another 10. He put his hands in the air to gesture “what’s going on” the lady told him it’s almost done. So he waited more. Another 15min pass and he sees someone get a Stromboli from the, so he went to the counter and asked again where was his. They told him oh that one wasn’t yours, yours just went in the oven. Joe is 71 years old. He looked at the lady and said you know what just give me my money back. She took about 7min to collect his funds then he said well thank you, turned to leave and the lady behind the counter yelled “well enjoy that TV dinner”

You want to take a shet on people who have supported your business, because their time was taken advantage of by you, bet your will loose ALOT of...

We dined in Friday night. There were a couple tables available.

We were seated right away, everyone was very nice and friendly. We had our drink orders taken and got those right away.

We (there were 3 of us), decided on getting 2 large pizzas (both had mushroom, pepperoni, one of them also had bacon).

And I myself got the Gnocchi. My Gnocchi came with 2 garlic rolls, they were very good and the rolls came out pretty quickly. I also got Caesar salad with my food. The Caeser sauce came on the side so I was able to put on as little or as much as I wanted to. I've had Caeser salad at a lot of places, these guys do it the best in my opinion.

Also I 100% loved the Gnocchi. I keep saying I need to try something else there but the Gnocchi is too good to try something else 😂.

They had some issues with the drink fountain with the diet pepsi but they offered to open a bottle for us which was pretty cool. Stuff happens, it's just how you handle it that matters.

The decorations were really pretty and they decorated well for Christmas. They had Christmas music going on in the background but it wasn't too noisy. It was definitely a good atmosphere.
