Captain D's — Restaurant in West Memphis

Where do I start? Let’s start with the newest elderly black female working the Drive-Thru. Today, was like enough is enough! She took my order and after several minutes, I was asked to pull up (no problem) that’s nearly every visit which is 2-3 times a week. While pulled up, I notice a gentleman out front sweeping up trash. He speaks and continues doing his job as he moves towards the Drive-thru window and as I peer out of my side view mirror, I know the worker hands him a Captain D’s bag and he’s coming to my vehicle. When he gets there he tells me, You are lucky today that I’m out here (smiling 😄). I’m livid because my meal was handed to me to through Drive thru. NOT! Other encounters includes: Fish not grilled throughout (Pink) and SPOILED, and Miss bread 🥖 on...

The worst experience ever these pass 2 days I have came to this captain D's they was playing like they couldn't see me while I was waiting for my order to be placed after I stayed in the drive thur speaker for 30 minutes way before the time for them to close...I came around 9:20 then i even came to the drive thur window i saw the light skin girl looking at me so i tried to get her attention by blowing my horn n I even knocked on da window...she looked at me and the manager saw me as well and they hurried to the back after they saw me trying to clearly place a order...this wasn't right at all and I eat here all the time they will have to never worry about me coming to this location ever again since they where so eager to not take my...

The food is horrible OMG it's horrible !!!! The little piece of fish I got was burnt fried shrimp was okay the garlic shrimp tastes like it's been sitting around for a long time the fries taste like they've been sitting around all day. Just nasty OMG money down the drain the hush puppies taste like dried up old cornbread. I used to love Captain D's when it was in KC M O... Fry's got to be bad lwhen my dog won't eat them LOL can I get a $10 gift card sent to my house in Texas LOL that's how bad it is you want to return it. Also I didn't even get my crackling crumbs WOW!!!. The pictures of the food look better than the food that you get in...
