Long story... Ordered for 6 - nuggets, sandwiches, grilled chicken nuggets - ALL were MEALS! Plus a (cold, grilled chicken) Cobb Salad. We got NO FRIES @ ALL!!! 21 CFA sauces, drinks, sandwiches, the salad, & were missing my mom's 3 piece tenders! When I called for refund (we live in Springfield MO) there was NOT 1 "manager" on duty that could do it. I had someone come in to fix the charge! I was told the manager was 2 mins away, I gave 3 mins & she wasn't there. It took approx another 10 to 15 mins for her to arrive. She refunded my mother for all of the fries & 3 piece tenders. I REFUSED to wait until the next morning as we were on vacation, I knew I'd forget all about it if it wasn't taken care of right then. Add to that, we were crammed like sardines into the Jeep Grand Cherokee (headed to Alabama) & weren't able to really check the bags when we had pulled away. We were also roughly an hour away from the location we went to. On top of that, w the toppings & ALL, my Cobb Salad was only HALF FULL! We eat @ CFA in our town pretty regularly, we KNOW what everything is supposed to look like. I had like 3 🌽 kernels in it & hardly any other toppings! I'm normally stuffed when I get done...I was STILL HUNGRY by the time I finished! Ugh. The one thing that got me was that NO ONE NOTICED when they had an entire bag of fries w/o an order to hand them off to. Maybe they gave them to someone else, I don't know. 21 CFA sauces was a lil crazy, but the kids were thrilled as they had sauce for the week. 😆 Charges WERE FIXED THAT NIGHT. THANK YOU for coming in to take...
Read moreI am really disappointed. We have been so excited for months about getting our first Chick fil a in West Memphis Arkansas.Me and my family had our whole count down experience as we watched the place get built each day. The night before the GRAND OPENING we went to bed early set our alarm clocks pack our car comfort bags prepared to wait from 4am to 8am for the opening. Bonus to the first 100 customers was free chick fil a for a year so that REALLY got us pumped. We arrived sat in line then around 6am the line started moving and we had no complaints with them opening early so we thought. Then we get to the order screen and two chick fil a workers were taking orders and so I had the million dollar question "Are we one of the first 100 customers?" And they said yes you are but due to us not being able to market properly because of covid 19 we are not doing that. Yeah big let down. That was our only real reason for coming so early as I'm not a breakfast person and could have waited until the hype was gone as I work 5minute from a chick fil a in Memphis and eat there about 3 times a week. They even catered my wedding so yeah it's safe to say I love chick fil a. I'm just wondering how would they have marketed better if there was no Covid-19 because they used the local news media outlets social media and word of mouth the line was wrapped around the building next door this is a small town so news like this travels fast. Anyways I dont like being lied to and would expect this from a Burger King but NEVER a Chick fil A.!! We still ordered food but I'm very...
Read moreFriendly staff, but extremely inefficient. Slowest, most inefficient Chick Fil A we’ve ever dined at. Fries were cold. Waited over 10 minutes for 2 ice creams, which are typically made immediately and handed to customers upon ordering. Employees moved slowly with no sense of urgency, during lunch rush. Table markers were not collected upon food delivery, which makes food delivery less efficient as workers must scan a sea of table markers to find the correct patron. Patrons are not asked if they would like condiments, and no condiments are available at self serve stations, which crates a backup of customers returning to the counter to ask for condiments while employees are busy taking orders. This creates a bottle neck at the counter, with people waiting for pickup orders, refills, or condiments at the counter. An employee stopped what they were doing to talk with a group of friends, as the line continued to back up. Not what we’re used to coming from Texas, where Chick Fil A is the gold standard for efficiency. There is potential for this restaurant to really step up their game, with strong management and...
